At RIP-IT, we believe you should LOVE your equipment. This belief is why we allow everyone to use RIP-IT products for 30-days to make sure it is right for them. This 30-Day return policy is our way of saying thank you for trusting our company, our products, and our service to live up to your expectations of what AMAZING should be.

No other company has the technology or products to compete with RIP-IT. We guarantee this with our 30 Day Performance Gaurantee. If after trying any of our products you are not 100% satisfied with the performance we will buy it back from you. Just another way we stand behind our claims and our products.

The 30-Day Performance Guarantee is only available to customers who purchased from an authorized dealer. The amount of the refund will be either the price of the product (not including tax or shipping) listed on the receipt or the MSRP of the product, whichever is lowest.

Refunds are only available by check and must be mailed to the person listed on the receipt. The 30-Day Performance Guarantee is limited to one per household per model. Product must be returned in good condition. All returns are verfied, and any fraudulent returns will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law including, where applicable, mail fraud (a federal offense punishable by fine or imprisonment for not more than five years, or both).

Warranty Information.

RIP-IT Sporting Goods offers an industry leading warranty on its bats. If your bat falls under warranty, we offer unlimited replacements within 400 days from the date of purchase.

There are three areas covered under the RIP-IT warranty.
No other warranties are offered.

  1. Bats that are considered by RIP-IT Sporting Goods to be severely dented from normal use.

  2. Cracking from normal use. Cosmetic issues such as paint chipping are not covered.

  3. Endcap issues will be replaced within 400 days of purchase and will not count as your warranty replacement.


RIP-IT Sporting Goods' warranty is only valid on bats that have been used under normal conditions. Bats that are altered through rolling, shaving, vicing, or any other altering method are not covered under warranty. Damage from misuse or overuse (ie. team bats) will not be covered.

If RIP-IT Sporting Goods agrees that your bat is defective it will be repaired or replaced in it's sole discretion.

The following are not covered under warranty: grip replacement, sticker/jewel replacement, bats that have been altered, bats that have been rolled, bats that have been viced, bats that have been used in commercial batting cages.

RIP-IT Sporting Goods reserves the right to refuse warranty service to any person who, in the sole discretion of RIP-IT Sporting Goods, abuses the warranty policy or products.

All warranty claims are verified by RIP-IT Sporting Goods. Any claims found to be fraudulent will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law including, where applicable, mail fraud (a federal offense punishable by fine or imprisonment for not more than five years, or both).

RIP-IT Sporting Goods reserves the right to test bats submitted for warranty replacement.

If you do not have a receipt we cannot offer you a warranty. We require an original or a copy of the original receipt when submitting a warranty request. Warranties are offered by RIP-IT Sporting Goods. Please DO NOT return your bat to the authorized dealer you purchased it from. Receipts from PayPal, eBay or any other auction site are not valid unless purchased from an authorized dealer listed on our auction approved selling list.
