These spikes are built for the foot shape of women athletes. This means women will find increased performance and comfort when compared to the other brands who utilize a unisex design.
Metal spikes significantly increase traction on grass and clay fields when compared to TPU or plastic molded cleats because metal penetrates these surfaces more easily.
Metal spikes can be used on grass and clay/dirt fields. They should not be used on artificial turf fields as they can damage that surface. For artificial turf go with RIP-IT Diamond Cleat or the Ringor Turf.

We recommend using your new spikes in a couple of practices or drills before using them in games. This is helps them break in and begin to flex better so that you have added speed agility on the field.
The RIP-IT Diamond Spikes are designed for season long durability. Many players find that their spikes last beyond a single season.
Simply wipe cleat after use with a damp cloth and air dry. To help eliminate odor after intense use we recommend charcoal shoe inserts while storing your spikes.
