Skylar Wallace is a talented and accomplished softball player who has had a highly successful college career at the University of Alabama and now at the University of Florida. With a combination of speed, power and a great eye for the ball, she is one of the most exciting players in the game today.

In her sophomore season of 2020, Wallace earned several honors and achieved impressive national and SEC ranks. She was named MVP of the Easton Bama Bash, and was among the national leaders in Runs Per Game (14th), Walks Per Game (39th), On Base Percentage (60th), Toughest to Strikeout (79th), Triples Per Game (121st) and Stolen Bases Per Game (127th). In the SEC, she led in Runs Per Game (4th) Runs Scored (T-10th), Walks Per Game (4th), On Base Percentage (15th), Toughest to Strikeout (4th), Triples Per Game (6th), Stolen Bases Per Game (11th), Stolen Bases (12th) Assists (7th), and Fielding Double Plays (T-10th). Her statistics in the 2020 season she started all 22 games at shortstop and batted .387 (24-of-62), with 27 runs scored, 18 RBI, five doubles, two triples and a home run, slugged .581 and posted a .524 on base percentage. Also drew 16 walks and stole nine bases.

Wallace has also made a name for herself as a member of the USA Women's National Team. In 2019, she competed with the U-19 team and won a gold medal at the WBSC U-19 World Cup and a bronze medal at the USA International Cup. She also received several awards and accolades in her freshman year including SEC All-Freshman Team, SEC All-Tournament Team and NFCA All-South Region Third Team. With a .295 batting average, 39 runs scored, 32 RBI, six doubles, two triples and seven home runs, .482 slugging percentage, .429 on base percentage, 37 walks and 18-for-18 on stolen base attempts.

With her combination of skill, power and speed, Skylar Wallace is a force to be reckoned with on the field. Her career honors, statistics and achievements are a testament to her hard work and dedication to the game of softball.
