If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return them within 30 days in ANY condition. We’re not just confident in our gear; we're invested in athletic performance. This isn't your average return policy.

Peace of Mind Policy

We stand behind the performance of our equipment. This is why we created a policy that will protect you through and through. If you suffer an injury as a direct result of a softball striking your Vision Pro and Vision Classic helmets or Defense Pro fielder’s mask, RIP-IT will help cover your medical costs up to $5,000. Valid only after online registration and acceptance of the terms and conditions.

WARRANTY POLICY

Our gear and bags are backed by an extensive warranty that covers manufacturer defects and all playing conditions, so there's never any question that you are protected by the most trusted gear out there. Products that qualify for a warranty return will carry a one-time replacement per our discretion. Each item's warranty length is listed below.

We are proud to offer:

  • 90-Day Warranty for footwear defects, however, we will review any issue you are experiencing with your footwear
  • All apparel is covered under our 30-Day return policy
  • All sales are final for cloth face masks, no exceptions
  • 90-Day Warranty for Footwear
  • 400-Day Warranty for all helmets
  • 400-Day Warranty for all fielder's masks
  • 365-Day Warranty for all bats
  • 90-Day Warranty for all bags

FAQs

Our warranties cover our products a one-time replacement per our discretion. Our return policy allows players who are not satisfied with their purchase to return it within 30 days for a full refund.

On this page, select the appropriate form to start the process. You can log into your account to make the process faster, as well as create a new account as you're completing the form for easier tracking. Make sure you have your original receipt before you begin the form. If you need assistance, please call customer service at (888) 957-4748 between 9:00AM and 5:30PM EST.

Once you submit your warranty or return request, you will be given the option to view and print out your FedEx shipping label. Please note, only warranties and returns from U.S. customers qualify for a free shipping label.

Any normal cardboard box will suffice. If you don't have a box to put your product in, then you'll have to purchase a shipping box. No need to include packing peanuts!

Once we receive your product, we will start the return or replacement process. If it's a return, it will usually ship within 24 hours of your product arriving. If it's a refund, it can take anywhere from two to four weeks to process based on how the product was purchased.

We do not ship to a P.O Box. Please provide a physical address.

If returning apparel purchased from one of our retailers. You can return it where it was purchased in accordance with that retailer's return policy.
