Our gear and bags are backed by an extensive warranty that covers manufacturer defects and all playing conditions, so there's never any question that you are protected by the most trusted gear out there. Products that qualify for a warranty return will carry a one-time replacement per our discretion. Each item's warranty length is listed below.

Shipping & Return Policy
Stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders ship in 4-6 weeks. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number. For questions related to your order, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (407) 649-4104.
If you don't love your product, return it. All of our gear, bags and apparel can be returned for free within thirty (30) days of purchasing.
If returning apparel purchased from one of our retailers
You can return it where it was purchased in accordance with that retailer's return policy.
Our cloth face mask return policy
Do to the nature of the product, there are no refunds or exchanges granted for cloth face masks.

What is the difference between a warranty and a return?
Our warranties cover our products a one-time replacement per our discretion. Our return policy allows players who are not satisfied with their purchase to return it within 30 days for a full refund.
How do I process a warranty or return?
Visit our Warranty, Returns & Registrations page to select the appropriate form. You can log into your account to make the process faster, as well as create a new account as you're completing the form for easier tracking. Make sure you have your original receipt before you begin the form. If you need assistance, please call customer service at (888) 957-4748 between 9am and 5:30pm EST.
How do I create a shipping label?
Once you submit your warranty or return request, you will be given the option to view and print out your FedEx shipping label. Please note, only warranties and returns from U.S. customers qualify for a free shipping label.
What do I ship my product back in?
Any normal cardboard box will suffice. If you don't have a box to put your product in, then you'll have to purchase a shipping box. No need to include packing peanuts!
How fast will I receive my replacement or refund?
Once we receive your product, we will start the return or replacement process. If it's a return, it will usually ship within 24 hours of your product arriving. If it's a refund, it can take anywhere from two to four weeks to process based on how the product was purchased.
