Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have questions with placing your order, or related to an order you have placed, please contact us at answers@ripit.com.

We are currently unable to ship to a PO Box. Please provide a physical address.

Our standard processing time is 3 business days. For expedited shipments, orders placed before 2 pm are expected to ship the same business day. FedEx may not deliver on weekends, which can add up to 2 days for delivery.
