RIP-IT bats exceed industry standards for quality and durability; however, all materials are subject to fatigue and possible breakdown. Actual bat weight may vary from listed weight for several reasons including, without limitation, manufacturing tolerances, grip weight, bat length and performance considerations. RIP-IT limited bat warranty is as follows:

Bats under this warranty will only be repaired or replaced once under warranty, and can only be redeemed by the original purchaser. This warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship and does not apply to any representations of bat weight or size.

The bat must have been purchased from an authorized RIP-IT dealer. If RIP-IT determines that the bat is eligible for warranty coverage, it will be repaired or replaced with the same bat if available, or if not available, a bat of equal value.

WARNING: Hitting metal cleats, rocks, or anything other than a ball can damage your bat, cause injury to you or others, and will void the warranty.

WARNING: Avoid using your bat in cold weather. Temperatures below 60 degrees Fahrenheit (15 degrees Celsius) significantly increase the hardness of the ball and can reduce your bat's durability and lifespan.
